The Consulate General in Nur-Sultan does not deliver visa. Do not send us documents and requests. We cannot help you. Look below where you should go.
The only exception are two elements of visa applications for students go to Belgium for studies: the Consulate will confirm the medical certificates and legalise the annex 32 (document to guarantee financial support to the student). Contact the Embassy by e-mail if you have any questions on this.
Kazakhstan
1. Tourists (Schengen visa)
You should go to to the Austrian Consulate in Nur-Sultan or to the Hungarian Consulate in Almaty.

Please note: the Austrian VFS Global visa center in Nur-Sultan also processes Belgian visa applications. The Hungarian visa center in Almaty does not handle Belgian visa applications. Please contact the Hungarian Consulate General directly.
2. Long-term visa
Long-term visas are issued by the Embassy of Belgium in Moscow. You also have to contact them for visa that are valid for a short period but that are meant for people who intend to stay in Belgium for a long time (family reunification, students, etc.).
3. Accredited doctors
Do you need a certificate from an accredited doctor? Contact the Embassy in Nur-Sultan for the latest information.
Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan
1. Tourists (Schengen visa)
You should contact our German colleagues directly:
- the Embassy of Germany in Bishkek for Kyrgyzstan
- the Embassy of Germany in Dushanbe for Tajikistan
